No Drone Zones

The Wright Flyer provides insured ground-based operations for No Drone Zones

Some areas are No Drone Zones (for example: flight operations inside Rocky Mountain National Park are strictly prohibited). What options are available if drones can’t fly? It’s still possible to get smooth video without the use of drones. Enter handheld and automobile-mounted gimballed cameras, stabilized on all three axis that can be used to get ultra smooth HD, full HD, 4K, 4K Dolby Vision HDR, Apple ProRes 422 HQ footage at 5.1K up to 50FPS, 5.4K, 5.6K, and 360° video inside of these areas. These types of cameras are also useful for showcasing home interiors for real estate purposes where drones are not practical or welcome.

The base of Winter Park Resort requires written permission for the use of drones, so rather than pursue such permissions on a tight project timeframe, a gimballed camera was used in the video below for a client, Winter Park Partners.
